Out of all my self massagers, rollers, etc., this has to be one of my favorites. It’s great on leverage and hitting all those trigger points. The balls on the end are pliable hard rubber and so is the black pinpoint. I use all aspects of this device daily and always come away feeling better.

I suffer from migraines, tmj, tension headaches, numbness and tingling in the fingers and so many other problems caused by herniated/bulging discs, fibromyalgia, djd, and just plain bad posture and stress that’s caused by having that other list of ๐Ÿ’ฉ! I have tried and will continue to try and use whatever I can find (that’s legal…lol) to help with relieving pain and managing it so that I can continue to be active and LIVE my life to the fullest. It works wonderfully on the back to relieve those knots. Unlike a few others I’ve tried this one is also VERY DURABLE.This is one of the best tools that I can recommend to others out there who have pain.

I have purchased many tools/ gadgets to โ€œalleviateโ€ trigger point pain, This one, however, I find to be the easiest to use in targeting the offending nasty TP. The theracane is great but I am apparently not as adept as required to apply it successfully in a number of areas. The AcuCurve is a more manageable size
for me, however, I gave it 4 stars because the massage balls are a mystery to me, with no instructions included. How to utilize this feature on the spine, as recommended on the attached tag would seem
to be extremely challenging unless you are a contortionist, which I am not.

Just arrived yesterday, and I put it to work right out of the box. The AcuCurve is far superior to the Back Buddy. It doesnโ€™t have a gazillion little knobs that serve no purpose. It has three ergonomically shaped trigger point balls made of a firm synthetic polymer that have a little give to them, not the hard plastic knobs of the Back Buddy. The polymer shaft is sturdier, too. I like to use a lot of pressure, and I can bend the Back Buddy to the point of breaking, but not the AcuCurve. Iโ€™m using it right now as I type this review. Iโ€™m thinking of getting another one so I can have one at home and at work.

I can’t rate this massager highly enough. My husband and I are very active with strength training, swimming, cycling and running and frequently need massages. This device allows you to get the proper leverage to work out the knots anywhere they begin to appear each day which helps tremendously with overall tension relief. Using on someone else or yourself, it make working out the kinks so much easier and less effort!
