These are my favorite bands for rehab exercises to use on the shoulder. I picked out 3 strengths that should be suitable for most people. The bands start from 8lbs of pull and go to 50lbs of pull. These are great for eccentric and concentric movement which have been demonstrated to help with shoulder pain and to increase the strength of your rotator cuff muscles. The bands can be easily secured around a fixture for easy usage. Please make sure whatever the band is tied to is secure so you do not injure yourself.
